To provide a flying body that can improve safety for a transportation system, and to provide a communication terminal, a communication system and a program.SOLUTION: A flying body 10 includes: a communication part 12 for acquiring information relating to a transportation system 100 from a communication terminal 20; a drive part 13 for flight; and a control part 11 for controlling the drive part 13.
