The navigation control unit 3 includes a planned traveling route determining unit 35, a re-route processing unit 36, and a display device 38. While traveling along the displayed traveling route, the planned traveling route determining unit 35 determines whether or not there is an intersection CP (route deviation point) where there is a possibility of route deviation from a planned traveling route R0 from the current position of the own vehicle being traveling to the destination T. When it is determined that the intersection CP exists, the re-route processing unit 36 generates candidate routes R1, R2 that branch off from the intersection CP by route search in a direction where there is a possibility of route deviation. When the candidate routes R1, R2 are generated, the display device 38 displays the candidate routes R1, R2 before the own vehicle A reaches the intersection CP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
