To provide an underwater noise estimation method, an underwater noise estimation program and an underwater noise estimation device estimating noise by a sailing body underwater by a combination of CFD and test result effectively and accurately.SOLUTION: Fluctuating pressure as underwater sound pressure by a sailing body is acquired by a combination of numeric value hydrodynamics (CFD) calculation and test result by: inputting noise estimation condition for a sailing body; carrying out numeric value hydrodynamics (CFD) calculation based on noise estimation condition of the sailing body; extracting a test result regarding the sailing body in a process of numeric value hydrodynamics and carrying out compensation by reflecting to the numeric value hydrodynamics (CFD) calculation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
