To provide a ship which suppresses penetration sounds and vibrations including intake sounds of an engine so that habitability is improved.SOLUTION: An engine 5 installed in a ship, an inlet pipe 52 connected to an inlet port 51 of the engine 5, a floor board 6 where a sealed space 60 is formed between a first portion 61 and a second portion 62, and a lead pipe 7 which leads between inside of the inlet pipe 52 and the sealed space 60 are provided. The first portion 61 is a plate-like member, and is arranged above the engine 5 and forms a floor face. The second portion 62 is arranged away under the first portion 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
