To provide a multicopter transmitter configured to be operable with one hand and to be simply operated, having operability of causing a user to intuitively operate a multicopter, and configured to shorten a training time.SOLUTION: An operation device 10 for multicopter transmitters includes: an operation unit 1; a support structure 2 for elastically supporting the operation unit 1 from a lower side; a plurality of optical distance sensors 4 provided on a reference face 3A installed to face a back side 1B of the operation unit 1; and a plurality of reflection members 5 provided on the back side 1B so as to face the optical distance sensors 4. The operation device is configured to enable respective input operations such as swing by pushing pressure to a local of the operation unit 1, rotation on a surface of the operation unit 1, and vertical movement by pushing pressure to the entire operation unit 1 and upward pulling thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
