To provide a floating caisson model test device and a multidegree-of-freedom working method.SOLUTION: A rectangle support frame mechanism of a test device is provided in a moon pool 2 of a towing vehicle mechanism, and a wheel 23 of a coaxial double cylinder type disc mechanism is provided in a recessed groove guide rail 12a of an upper longitudinal beam 12 of the rectangle support frame mechanism, and a fluid force measurement mechanism connects an external cylinder of the coaxial double cylinder type disc mechanism to a stand plate 44b on a lower beam of the rectangle support frame mechanism via a wire rope of a tension meter, and an upper end connects the rectangle support frame mechanism to a guide rod mechanism via the coaxial double cylinder type disc mechanism, and a lower end connects the rectangle support frame mechanism to the guide rod mechanism via the fluid force measurement mechanism. Data communication is performed between a signal reception side of a digital collection mechanism and a signal transmission side in the fluid force measurement mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
