To provide a replacement method of a counterweight frame and a replacing tool capable of performing the replacement work of a counterweight frame efficiently and reducing a workload of a worker.SOLUTION: After lowering a counterweight along a guide rail to the vicinity of a pit of a hoistway, the counterweight is removed from the guide rail (ST1 to ST4). The removed counterweight is placed and fixed on a placement base provided in a position apart from the guide rail with a predetermined distance in a horizontal direction (ST5). While a counterweight frame for replacement mounted on the guide rail is lowered to a position of the counterweight on the placement base (ST6) to adjust the height position, a laminated weight laminated on the counterweight is transferred to the counterweight frame for replacement (ST7, ST8).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】 つり合い重り枠の交換作業を効率よく行うことができ、作業員の作業負担を軽減できるつり合い重り枠の交換方法及び交換用治具を提供する。【解決手段】 昇降路のピット付近までガイドレールに沿ってつり合い重りを下降させた後、当該つり合い重りをガイドレールから取り外し(ST1〜ST4)、取り外されたつり合い重りを、ガイドレールから水平方向に所定距離、隔てた位置に設けられた載置台の上に載置して固定する(ST5)。そして、ガイドレールに取り付けられた交換用つり合い重り枠を載置台上のつり合い重りの位置まで下降させ(ST6)、高さ位置を調整しつつ、つり合い重りに積まれた積層重りを交換用つり合い重り枠に移し換える(ST7、ST8)。【選択図】図8
