To solve an air pollution problem resulting from an increase in consumption of fuel by a vehicle, to save fuel due to a cost increase, to prevent electrification by discharging static electricity produced in various places during traveling of a vehicle, and to improve fuel efficiency by rectifying turbulence and vortex arising at a rear part at the same time, thereby reducing negative pressure and traveling resistance.SOLUTION: During traveling of a vehicle, static electricity occurs in various places. Turbulence and vortex arise at a rear part. They are negative pressure. A device that discharges static electricity occurring on a vehicle body and rectifies turbulence and vortex is mounted in the vicinity of the rear part of the vehicle. By rectifying turbulence and vortex, negative pressure is decreased to reduce traveling resistance, thus reducing fuel consumption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両の燃料消費量増大に伴う、大気汚染の問題と価格上昇に対する燃料の節約。車両が走行時に、諸処に発生する静電気を放電させ、帯電を防ぎ、同時に後部に発生する乱気流、渦流を整流化することにより、負圧を減じて走行抵抗を減少させ、燃費の向上を図る。【解決手段】車両が走行時、諸処に静電気が発生する。後部には乱気流、渦流が発生する。これは負圧であり、車両後部の近傍に、車体に発生する静電気を放電し、そして乱気流、渦流を整流化する装置を着け、乱気流、渦流を整流化することにより負圧を減少させて走行抵抗を減じ、燃料消費の節減を図る。【選択図】図1
