To provide a mouthpiece which eliminates the risk where compressed air leaks into atmospheric air, by configuring the mouthpiece to open an operation valve successively after securing an airtight state.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece comprises: a mouthpiece body part 2 consisting of a cylindrical member in which an air supply device is connected at one end side and a tire valve 50 is connected at the other end side; a tire valve insertion hole 3 in a distal end of the mouthpiece body part 2 closer to the tire valve; an O ring 4 which is provided within the tire valve insertion hole 3 closer to the air supply device; a backup ring 5 which presses the O ring 4 from the side of the air supply device of the O ring 4; an actuation body 7 which is formed substantially in a protrusive shape obtained by reducing a diameter of a distal end of a columnar shape, and of which the distal end is inserted through a backup ring center circle 6; openings 5a and 7a to be passages of compressed air in the actuation body 7 and the backup ring 5; a valve opening regulation spring 8 which is disposed between the actuation body 7 and the backup ring 5; and an actuation valve 9 which is built in closer to the air supply device side than the actuation body 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
