To provide a brake caliper which ensures control of each brake pad even if a wire or a screw is not used.SOLUTION: A brake caliper includes brake pads 31, 32 and an interlocking mechanism 40. The interlocking mechanism 40 includes a control shaft 41 which is extended from an end part 411 to an end part 412 along an axial line L2 and is settled rotatably, a sliding member 42 which is fitted to the end part 411 side, is connected to the brake pad 31 and is retained slidably, a sliding member 43 which is fitted to the end part 412 side, is connected to a control pad 32 and is retained slidably and an anchor 413 which is fitted to the end part 411 and can be abutted on the sliding member 42. The sliding member 43 is provided with a sliding actuation part 432 protruded to the end part 412 side. A block actuation part 417 which is abutted on the sliding member 43 from the end part 412 side and protruded is provided on the control shaft 41. The sliding actuation part 432 and the block actuation part 417 are formed of guide cum surfaces 418, 433 corresponding to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
