To provide a vehicle intake structure which utilizes an on-vehicle device to inhibit increase of an intake air temperature.SOLUTION: An intake structure of a motor vehicle 1 has: a downstream side duct module 25 (an intake passage member) having an intake inlet 40A and an intake outlet 40B and having an intake passage 40 for supplying air to an engine 13 therein; and a power control unit (an on-vehicle device) 14 which is provided within an engine room 3 and cooled by a radiator 11 (a cooling device).
