To provide a breather device of a fuel tank which can reduce a cost more than before, and can improve mountability to a vehicle.SOLUTION: Breather hoses 19, 20 are connected to ventilation ports 6, 7 at a two points which are separated from each other by a discharge in a fore-and-aft direction of an upper face of a fuel tank 1, the breather hose 19 is released to the atmosphere after being extended up to a rear-side prescribed position exceeding at least a fore-and-aft intermediate position, and the breather hose 20 is fixed to the upper face of the fuel tank 1 by being brought into a cabled state so as to be released to the atmosphere after being extended up to a front-side prescribed position exceeding at least the fore-and-aft intermediate position. Even if the fuel tank 1 is inclined to the fore-and-aft direction by a gradient of a road within a regulated range, and either of the ventilation port 6 or the ventilation port 7 in the fore-and-aft direction is sunk down under a liquid level of fuel, the breather hose 19 or the breather hose 20 connected to the ventilation port 6 or the ventilation port 7 which is sunk down under the liquid level is released to the atmosphere with a height at which the ventilation port is not sunk down under the liquid level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
