To provide an under-cover mounting structure for a vehicle, which is able to reduce the weight of a reinforcement member and, at the same time, ensure support rigidity for the undercover and the reinforcement member.SOLUTION: Under-covers 40, 50 are mounted on the vehicle underside up to a position immediately in front of an exhaust silencer 11 disposed below a cargo chamber from a kick up part 9 in front of a fuel tank 7. On the upper surface sides of the under-covers 40, 50, reinforcement members 61, 62 are provided, which extend from the under-cover front-end to the under-cover rear-end and are mounted on strengthened members of a vehicle body at both front and rear ends. The middle parts, in forward and backward directions of a vehicle, of the reinforcement members 61, 62 are provided with intermediate support members 63, 64 shorter than the reinforcement members 61, 62 mounted on a vehicle body member 28 located at a side, in the vehicle width direction, of the fuel tank 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
