To properly perform foreign matter detection even when a crew member gets on and off a vehicle to change vehicle attitude.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply system 1 comprises: a distance detection unit 23 between coils which performs non-contact power supply between a power transmission coil 12 installed on the ground and a power incoming coil 22 mounted on a vehicle 10, and detects a distance between the power transmission coil 12 and the power incoming coil 22; and a foreign matter detection unit 24 which detects a foreign matter existing in a foreign matter detection area set between the power transmission coil 12 and the power incoming coil 22. The foreign matter detection unit 24 is installed either on a power supply device 100 or the vehicle 10, and changes the foreign matter detection area according to the distance between the coils.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
