To provide a ride-sharing control device, a ride-sharing control method, and a program that can make a vehicle allocation so as to meet with boarding conditions a user desires while reducing a waiting time even when there is no vehicle to meet with the boarding conditions the user desires in the case of ride sharing.SOLUTION: A ride-sharing control device comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring a user's riding request with boarding conditions including a getting-on point and a getting-off point; and a control unit for retrieving a vehicle available for allocation to determine an operation schedule satisfying the boarding conditions on the basis of the riding request with the boarding conditions, and for determining the operation schedule satisfying the boarding conditions by shifting from a first vehicle to a second vehicle among vehicles available for allocation when the operation schedule satisfying the boarding conditions cannot be determined by one vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
