To provide a carrier device which can keep the horizontal position of the carried movable body while suppressing complication and enlargement of the device constitution.SOLUTION: In a carrier gondola 3 which carries a transport object W by means of moving the gondola along a travel guide 2 that has a lifting section 2E and a horizontal section 2C, a support part 31 supporting the tranport object W and a travel roller part 32 which moves along the travel guide 2, changing the position to be parallel with the extending direction of the travel guide 2 by means of rotating relatively to the support part 31 are connected by a rotary damper 33. When the carrier gondola 3 moves from the horizontal section 2C to the lifting section 2E, the rotary damper 33 limits the rotation of the travel roller part 32 relatively to the support part 31 and limits the rotating range of the roller part. Therefore, the carrier gondola 3 can move, with keeping almost horizontal position of the support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】構成の複雑化や大型化を抑制しながらも搬送移動体の水平状態を維持することが可能な搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】昇降区間2Eおよび水平区間2Cを有する走行ガイド2に沿って移動することで搬送対象物Wを搬送する搬送ゴンドラ3において、搬送対象物Wを支持する支持部31と、この支持部31に対して相対的に回動することで走行ガイド2の延在方向に沿うように姿勢を変えつつ走行ガイド2に沿って移動する走行ローラ部32とをロータリダンパ33によって連結する。搬送ゴンドラ3が水平区間2Cから昇降区間2Eに移動する際、支持部31に対する走行ローラ部32の相対的な回動をロータリダンパ33によって制限し、その回動範囲を制限する。このため、支持部の姿勢を略水平状態に維持したまま、搬送ゴンドラ3を移動させることができる。【選択図】図5
