To provide a bumper beam structure capable of coping with a slight collision and a serious collision, and capable of being reduced in weight.SOLUTION: A bumper beam structure 10 comprises: a bumper beam 12 extending in a width direction, and comprising a closed cross section formed by an outer vertical wall 25, an inner vertical wall 26, a top surface part 27 and a bottom surface part 28; and a reinforcement member 16 attached to the inside of the closed cross section on a width direction center part of the bumper beam. The reinforcement member 16 comprises a pair of inclined parts 31, 32 which expands in a vehicle width direction from an outer vertical wall 25 side to an inner vertical wall 26 side, and in slight collision time, a collision load is caused to act as tension force on the inner vertical wall 26 of the bumper beam 12 through the inclined parts. The pair of the inclined parts 31, 32 is fixed to a bottom surface part of the bumper beam through an attachment surface by spot welding, and in serious collision time, the bumper beam 12 is collapsed and the spot welded point is broken for absorbing collision energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軽度の衝突及び重度の衝突に対応でき、かつ軽量化を図ることができるバンパビーム構造を提供すること。【解決手段】バンパビーム構造10は、車幅方向に延びて、外縦壁25、内縦壁26、上面部27及び底面部28により構成された閉断面を有するバンパビーム12と、該バンパビームの車幅方向中央部の閉断面内に取付けられた補強部材16とを備える。補強部材16は、外縦壁25側から内縦壁26側に向かって車幅方向に広がる一対の傾斜部31,32を有し、軽衝突時に、該傾斜部を介して衝突荷重をバンパビーム12の内縦壁26に引張力として作用させる。また、一対の傾斜部31,32は、取付面を介して前記バンパビームの前記底面部にスポット溶接により固定されており、重衝突時に、バンパビーム12を圧潰させてスポット溶接点を破断させることにより、衝突エネルギーを吸収する。【選択図】図1
