To provide a vehicle body roof reinforcement structure configured to increase snowfall intensity of a roof outer panel of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A vehicle body roof reinforcement structure 1 includes a substantially rectangular-shaped roof outer panel 9 supported by an A-pillar 3, a B-pillar 5, and a C-pillar 7. In a vehicle body on which the roof outer panel is configured such that a ratio of a length in a vehicle body width direction to a length in a vehicle body longitudinal direction is 1.6 or lower, a band-shaped reinforcement member 15 of resin is attached to a lower surface of the roof outer panel and thereby snowfall intensity is increased. The band-shaped reinforcement member includes a front side portion 17 extending along a front side 9a of the roof outer panel between opposite sides 9c of the roof outer panel and a rear side portion 19 extending along a rear side 9b of the roof outer panel between the opposite sides 9c, bent portions 21 arranged at respective corner portions 9d of the roof outer panel and having intermediate portions each bent inward of the outer panel in a protruded shape, and extending portions 23 extending from the respective bent portions toward the corner portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
