To provide an underfloor equipment removable device capable of being freely moved.SOLUTION: A transport carriage 100 which is used for attaching and removing equipment provided under a floor of a railway vehicle, has a base part unit 110 corresponding to a base part including a lifting function, a carriage frame 104 supporting the base part unit 110, and a wheel part 150 arranged under the carriage frame 104. The wheel part 150 has wheels 151 connected to lateral sides of an axle 152. A servo motor 154 is connected to each of the wheels 151. The wheel part 150 and the carriage frame 104 are connected by means of a trunnion structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
