To provide a mobile communication system that can obtain information on connection easiness of a plurality of communication companies along a moving path of a vehicle, and further enhance certainty of communication.SOLUTION: The mobile communication device comprises a first control part, a first communication modem 50 and a second communication modem 60. The first communication modem 50 comprises a first radio wave intensity detection part 55 and a first antenna 58. The first radio wave intensity detection part 55 detects an intensity of a radio wave received by the first antenna 58. The second communication modem 60 comprises a second radio wave intensity detection part 65 and a second antenna 68. The second radio wave intensity detection part 65 detects an intensity of a radio wave received by the second antenna 68. The first control part makes first radio wave intensity information indicating a radio wave intensity detected by the first radio wave intensity detection part 55 correspond to first company information, makes second radio wave intensity information indicating a radio wave intensity detected by the second radio wave intensity detection part 65 correspond to second company information, and performs transmission using the communication modem with a better communication condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
