To provide a solution for performing easy changeover of a passenger seat among a seating position, a rest position, and a side-lying position.SOLUTION: A seat has a seating face in which a seating face structure (50) is integrated with a bed, and a backrest, and the seat has a "seating" position, a "side-lying" position and an intermediate "rest" position. A seating face base (51) is a movable type such that the seating face base is rotatable around a rear shaft which is positioned on a rear edge side, and the seating face base is a movable type such that the seating face base is rotatable around a rotary shaft (521) in the front of the rear shaft. The seating face structure is moved forward during transition from the "seating" position to the "side-lying" position, and during this changeover, the rotary shaft is moved on the bed along a lowering first track, and the rear shaft is moved on the bed along a second track.
