To achieve downsizing of a feeding mechanism of a vehicle slide rail mechanism.SOLUTION: A slide rail mechanism 10 has: a slide rail 12 extending in a specific direction; a slider 13 which is guided so as to slide along the slide rail 12; and an electric driving type feeding mechanism 14 which conducts slide operation of the slider 13. The feeding mechanism 14 has: an operation link 14A which is connected with the slider 13 and feeds the slider 13 in the specific direction by rotation around a support shaft 14A2 extending in a direction intersecting with the specific direction; a planetary gear mechanism 14B which is connected with the support shaft 14A2 of the operation link 14A and feeds the support shaft 14A2 in the specific direction by rotation around a base shaft 14B3a parallel to the support shaft 14A2; and gear connection parts (14A3, 14B2a) which rotate the planetary gear mechanism 14B and the operation link 14A in rotation directions opposite to each other in an interlocked manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
