As for an innermost fiber reinforcement resin layer (first fiber reinforcement resin layer) 41 placed at the innermost side of the vehicle among the plurality of fiber reinforcement resin layers 29, the extended direction of fibers 37 is aligned along the vertical direction of the vehicle.
