To provide an aerial mobile medicine spray device which can be made compact and light weight, which can be produced at low cost, which can be safely operated and which achieves a remote operation capable of contributing to dissolution of labor shortage.SOLUTION: An aerial mobile medicine spray device 1 of the invention comprises: a spray container 27 comprising a container body 29 in which a prescribed content of a medicine L is filled, and a cap-shaped depression button 33 having a nozzle 31 which is depressed for use in spraying time of the medicine L; an attachment frame 35 comprising holding means 37 for holding the spray container 27, and attachment means 39 for attachment to aerial mobile means 3; a motor 43 attached to the attachment frame 35; a power source control unit 41 having a power source unit 47; a power conversion mechanism 49 for converting rotation of an output shaft of the motor 43 into motion in a vertical direction Z; and a depression lever 55 for vertically moving a depression member 57 by a principle of leverage, the depression member rotating around a fulcrum P and being provided on an action point Q on the other end, in which one end where the converted motion in the vertical direction Z is generated is an emphasis O.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
