PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flow rate of turbulent air ejected from a wheel house to vehicle side faces, as well as to control an increase in air pressure built up ahead of a ground surface portion contacting a tire so as to reduce travel resistance, by guiding an air flow generated in the wheel house by being dragged with a tread surface of the rotating tire into the wheel house.SOLUTION: A tire flap is added to guide air flowing along an inner surface of a wheel cover, to a laterally inner side. Alternatively the wheel cover is formed in a shape incorporating continuous irregularity having a function guiding an air flow to the laterally inner side, or in a shape having a gradient to make a clearance between the wheel house cover and a tire tread surface wider in the laterally inner side than a laterally outer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
