PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle ventilation device from which acoustic noise generated by a blower of the device hardly leaks to outside and a railway vehicle air conditioner which has the ventilation device.SOLUTION: A structure 50 to define ventilation trunk is installed in a railway vehicle and defines a ventilation trunk 51 communicating between an intake port and an exhaust port 52 each of which opens on exterior surfaces of the railway vehicle. In the ventilation trunk 51, an outdoor heat exchanger 10 which exchanges heat with air is arranged. An outdoor blower 32 is arranged in the ventilation trunk 51 and promotes heat exchanging between the outdoor heat exchanger 10 and air by creating airflow from the intake port to the exhaust port 52 along the ventilation trunk 51. The structure 50 to define ventilation trunk defines an exhaust airflow trunk 51a of the ventilation trunk 51 between the outdoor blower 32 and the exhaust port 52 and comprises a cylindrical exhaust duct 53 which has an inner surface 53b that has plurality of distributed open holes 53c and guides airflow and an enclosing member 54 which encloses the outside of the exhaust duct 53 keeping a certain distance between the member and the duct 53 outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】送風機において生じる騒音が外部に漏れ出にくい鉄道車両用通風装置と、これを備える鉄道車両用空調装置とを提供する。【解決手段】通風路画定構造体50は、鉄道車両に取り付けられ、各々鉄道車両の外面に開口する吸気口と排気口52とを連通させる通風路51を画定する。通風路51には、空気との間で熱交換を行う室外熱交換器10が配置される。室外送風機32は、通風路51に配置され、通風路51に沿って吸気口から排気口52に向かう気流を形成することにより、室外熱交換器10と空気との熱交換を促進する。通風路画定構造体50は、通風路51のうちの室外送風機32と排気口52との間の排気風路51aを画定し、気流を案内する内面53bに複数の貫通孔53cが分布している筒状をなす排気ダクト53と、排気ダクト53との間に間隔をおいて排気ダクト53の外側を包囲する包囲部材54とを有する。【選択図】図3
