PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery power sustaining device and a battery power sustaining method.SOLUTION: A battery power sustaining device includes a switch device and a processing circuit. In the startup mode, the processing circuit controls the switch device to connect a quick energy storage module in parallel with a battery. When entering a charge mode based on a trigger signal, the switch device is controlled to disconnect parallel connection of the quick energy storage module with the battery. When stopping operation of a battery power supply system, the quick energy storage module is charged by generating a trigger signal, and assists the quick energy storage module of sufficient electric energy connected in parallel when starting the battery power supply system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
