PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking device capable of easily and promptly performing bearing maintenance work, a hoisting machine and an elevator device.SOLUTION: A braking device 100 includes: a braked body 201; first and second braking members 101a, 101b disposed to oppose to each other while sandwiching the braked body; first and second braking shafts 102a, 102b connected to the first and second braking members, respectively; and an electromagnet 107 for driving the first and second braking members in the braking direction or the braking release direction via the first and second braking shafts. One of the first and second braking shafts is supported by a fixation iron core 104 of the electromagnet via a bearing 111 fixed to an inner peripheral surface of a bearing fixation member 110 detachably mounted to the fixation iron core 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
