PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize advancing/retracting movement of a table, in order to hold a regulated distance between a vehicle conveyed by a conveyor and the table at a side of the conveyor, by using a purely mechanical mechanism synchronized with movement of the vehicle.SOLUTION: When a left-front wheel WLf of a vehicle B under conveyance treads on a front end lever 30 of a tread lever member 25, a lock mechanism changes over to an unlocked state, so that a table 4L advances toward the vehicle B according to energizing force. Accompanying the advancement of the table 4L, a tire guide member 17 abuts on a side surface of the left-front wheel WLf and is set into a positioning state. When the left-front wheel WLf has finished passing the front end lever 30, the lock mechanism changes back to a locked state, such that the table 4L is set into a positioning locked state and retained in this position. The same behavior is realized when the left-front wheel WLf first interferes with a wheel intrusion guide member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】コンベヤにより搬送される車両とコンベヤサイドのテーブルとの距離を規定の距離に保つためのテーブルの進退移動を、車両の動きに同期した純機械的な機構によって実現する。【解決手段】搬送中の車両Bの左前輪WLfがトレッドレバー部材25の先端レバー30を踏むとロック機構がアンロック状態となり、テーブル4Lが付勢力で車両Bに向かって前進する。テーブル4Lの前進に伴ってタイヤガイド部材17が左前輪WLfの側面に当接すると位置決め状態となる。左前輪WLfが先端レバー30を通過し終わるとロック機構がロック状態となり、テーブル4Lは位置決めロック状態となってその位置に保持される。左前輪WLfが先に車輪進入ガイド部材20と干渉した場合も同様の挙動をする。【選択図】図16
