PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector, a detection method, and a detection program that can detect a traffic abnormality such as the congestion induced by some vehicles.SOLUTION: A detector 1 comprises: a prediction unit 12 that predicts an exit route to an approach route of a vehicle at each of intersections included in a road network of an observation area on the basis of past statistical information; a calculation unit 13 that obtains the real exit route of the vehicle and calculates a prediction accuracy for each of the intersections; and a determination unit 14 that determines a traffic abnormality on the basis of the comparison results between the current value of the prediction accuracy and the past record of it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】一部の車両により誘発された渋滞等の交通異常を早期に検知できる検知装置、検知方法及び検知プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】検知装置1は、観測地域の道路網に含まれる交差点のそれぞれにおいて、車両の進入経路に対して退出経路を、過去の統計情報に基づいて予測する予測部12と、車両の実際の退出経路を取得し、交差点毎の予測精度を算出する算出部13と、予測精度の現在値を履歴と比較した結果に基づいて、交通異常を判定する判定部14と、を備える。【選択図】図2
