PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-puncture tube having excellent riding feel while the tube includes lightness and durability by injection molding of thermoplastic elastomer.SOLUTION: A non-puncture tube Cof a hollow pipe shape in which, by thermoplastic elastomer, a cross sectional shape is formed in a similar shape by injection molding slightly larger than a cross sectional shape of an annular space 52 of a tire skin 51 which is detachably attached to an annular tire rim 53, the whole body is formed in an annular shape, and the tube is fitted into the annular space 52 in a slightly compressed state due to the tensile stress of the tire skin 51 in all directions, and has a constitution that a large number of continuous first hole portions 11 along an annular direction are continuously formed in an opposing state along a diameter direction at a prescribed pitch P on opposing both side face parts 3 between a grounding part 1 and an anti-grounding part 2 of the tube C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】熱可塑性エラストマーの射出成形によって、軽量性と耐久性とを備えたうえで、優れた乗り心地性を有するノーパンクチューブの提供を課題としている。【解決手段】熱可塑性エラストマーにより、横断面形状が、円環状のタイヤリム53に着脱可能に取付けられるタイヤ外皮51の円環状空間52の横断面形状に対して僅かに大きな相似形に射出成形により成形され、全体が円環状に形成されて、タイヤ外皮51の全方向の引張り応力により、僅かに圧縮された状態で前記円環状空間52に嵌め込まれる中空パイプ状のノーパンクチューブC1であって、前記チューブC1の接地部1と反接地部2との間の相対向する両側面部3に円環方向に沿って連続する多数の第1孔部11が、直径方向に沿って対向した状態で所定ピッチPで連続して形成された構成とする。【選択図】 図7
