PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the operation noise of a control apparatus associated with deflection control which generates braking force difference between left and right wheels.SOLUTION: A deflection control apparatus (17) includes: determination means (172) for determining whether a vehicle is likely to depart from a travel lane on the basis of a position a motion state of a vehicle (1) in the travel lane; and control means (172, 173) for executing deflection control to control a brake device so as to supply hydraulic pressure to at least one of brake mechanisms corresponding to a front wheel and rear wheel on a direction opposite to a departing direction of the vehicle, in a case where the vehicle is determined to be likely to depart from the travel lane. In the case of the vehicle being determined to be likely to depart from the travel lane, the control means controls the brake device so as to supply hydraulic pressure to a brake mechanism close to a pressure source (13) of the brake device, of the brake devices corresponding to the front and rear wheels on the opposite side, under a condition where the motion state of the vehicle is applicable to a common zone of the brake device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】左右輪の制動力差を発生させる偏向制御に伴う制動装置の作動音を抑制する。【解決手段】偏向制御装置(17)は、走行車線における車両(1)の位置及び運動状態に基づいて、車両が走行車線から逸脱しそうであるか否かを判定する判定手段(172)と、車両が走行車線から逸脱しそうであると判定された場合に、車両の逸脱方向とは反対側の前輪及び後輪に夫々対応する制動機構の少なくとも一方に液圧を供給するように制動装置を制御する偏向制御を実行する制御手段(172、173)と、を備える。制御手段は、車両が走行車線から逸脱しそうであると判定された場合、車両の運動状態が制動装置の常用領域に該当することを条件に、上記反対側の前輪及び後輪に夫々対応する制動機構のうち、制動装置の液圧源(13)に近い制動機構に液圧を供給するように制動装置を制御する。【選択図】図1
