PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring instrumentation system capable of reducing installation cost and an installation method for a monitoring instrumentation tower.SOLUTION: A monitoring instrumentation system includes: a monitoring instrumentation tower installed in a water area and provided with a monitoring device or an instrumentation device; and a control chamber communicating with the monitoring instrumentation tower and controlling the monitoring device or the instrumentation device provided on the monitoring instrumentation tower. The monitoring instrumentation tower is composed of a taut mooring type floating structure having a floating tank, a supporting body provided on the floating tank, and a gravity anchor connected to the floating tank through a tendon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
