PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration of a rotary electric machine in a resonance frequency region intrinsic to a stator.SOLUTION: A control device of a rotary electric machine of the present embodiment is provided with; a power supply; a booster which boosts output voltage of the power supply; the rotary electric machine having a rotor and a stator; a power converter which performs power conversion of the power boosted by the booster to be supplied to the rotary electric machine; and a control part which controls the booster, in which the control part sets the boosted voltage of the booster to the maximum efficiency voltage in which efficiency of the rotary electric machine or the power converter or the booster or the power supply, or efficiency of the total of two or more of them becomes maximum when rotational frequency of the rotor becomes outside a resonance rotational frequency area including a resonance rotational frequency corresponding to a resonance rotational frequency intrinsic to the stator and having predetermined rotational frequency width, and sets the boosted voltage to voltage higher than the maximum efficiency voltage when the rotational frequency of the rotor becomes inside the resonance rotational frequency area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
