To further suppress leakage of an oil for break release as compared with a conventional one.SOLUTION: A hydraulic brake release device comprises a brake control valve which performs changeover between supply of an oil for brake release from a pressure supply source to a cylinder for brake release and recovery of the oil for brake release from the cylinder for brake release to a pressure-oil tank, and supplies the oil for brake release, which has been pressure-accumulated in a pressure accumulator to the cylinder for brake release, thereby releasing a brake. The hydraulic brake release device comprises: a first non-leakage type electromagnetic valve which is provided between the brake control valve and the cylinder for brake release, and changes connection/disconnection between the brake control valve and the cylinder for brake release; a second non-leakage type electromagnetic valve which is provided between the first non-leakage type electromagnetic valve and the cylinder for brake release, and the pressure accumulator, and changes connection/disconnection between the first non-leakage type electromagnetic valve and the cylinder for brake release, and the pressure accumulator; and a control part which controls the brake control valve, the first non-leakage type electromagnetic valve and the second non-leakage type electromagnetic valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
