To improve cooling performance of a motor and inhibit entry of water into the motor to prevent a failure from occurring in the motor in a blower device having two laminar flow, i.e., inner and outer airflow.SOLUTION: A casing 8 is provided with a cooling air passage 70 which supplies cooling air to a motor which drives a fan.
