To provide a thermal insulation adhesive sheet for a tire, which enables an excellent roll resistance performance to be exhibited despite high frequency of short distance travel and to provide a method for sticking it and a pneumatic tire using the same.SOLUTION: A thermal insulation adhesive sheet 40 for a tire is arbitrarily adhered and stuck to an external surface of a side wall part 2 of a vulcanized pneumatic tire T as an additional member in a retrofitting manner, the thermal insulation adhesive sheet comprising an adhesive composition in which particulate hollow bodies with organic outer shell with a diameter of 100 μm are mixed in an adhesive containing: an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing, as essential monomer components, ethylene and vinyl acetate; or an acrylic copolymer containing, as essential monomer components, (meta) acrylic acid alkyl ester having a straight or branch chain alkyl group having one to four carbons and (meta) acrylic acid alkyl ester having a straight or branch chain alkyl group having six to fourteen carbons, and the thermal insulation adhesive sheet being molded in a flat plate shape so that it can be stuck to the side wall part 2 of the vulcanized pneumatic tire T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
