PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which allows for changing of directivity, without changing a size of a sonic wave output plane of an ultrasonic output section, in an ultrasonic output device outputting ultrasonic waves.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic output device 1 includes at least one ultrasonic output section 10, and a vibration part 26. The ultrasonic output section 10 is configured to output ultrasonic waves, according to an input signal, from a sonic wave output plane 10A in a preset direction of travel. The vibration part 26 has a vibration surface 26A in parallel with the sonic wave output plane 10A, and a distance from the sonic wave output plane 10A is set to nλ, where n is an integer of 0 or more, and λ is a wavelength of a supersonic wave, and is a tabular member surrounding a direction orthogonal to the direction of travel of the ultrasonic output section 10, and is configured so that vibration generated in the ultrasonic output section 10 is transmitted to the vibration surface 26A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】超音波を出力する超音波出力装置において、超音波出力部の音波出力面の大きさを変更することなく、指向性を変更できるようにする技術を提供する。【解決手段】超音波出力装置1は、少なくとも1つの超音波出力部10と、振動部26とを備える。超音波出力部10は、入力信号に応じた超音波を予め設定された進行方向に向けて音波出力面10Aから出力するように構成される。振動部26は、nを0以上の整数、λを超音波の波長として、音波出力面10Aと平行な振動面26Aであって音波出力面10Aからの距離がnλに設定された振動面26Aを有し、超音波出力部10の進行方向とは直交する方向における周囲を取り囲む板状の部材であり、超音波出力部10に生じる振動が振動面26Aに伝達されるように構成される。【選択図】図1
