PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave sensor capable of measuring a direction to an object with more excellent precision, and to provide an adjustment method and an adjustment program.SOLUTION: A radio wave sensor comprises: a transmission unit which transmits a radio wave to an objective area; a receiving unit which receives the radio wave; a measurement unit which measures, on the basis of the radio wave received by the receiving unit, a measurement direction which is a direction from the radio wave sensor to a reference object in the objective area; and a calculation unit which calculates deviation of the measurement direction measured by the measurement unit relative to a standard direction from the radio wave sensor to the reference object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
