PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fillet-welded joint structure of a vehicle body closed cross-sectional member which improves the fatigue strength of a rectangular closed cross-sectional member fillet-welded by butting tips.SOLUTION: A fillet-welded joint structure 1 related to this invention is fillet-welded by butting the opening end 3b of the rectangular closed cross-section member 3 with the tip of a pair of facing faces 3a cut into a recess form with the side face 5a of the rectangular closed cross-section member 5, and the tip cut into a recess form with the side face 5a, and by fitting so that the tip of another pair of faces 3c may straddle over the side face 5a, an overhang-shaped part 7 being formed at the tip cut into recess form, the tip of the overhang-shaped part 7 being butted with the side face 5a, and the overhang-shaped part 7 being laid along the tip continuously from a bend R end of both-side edge lines of the rectangular cross-section member 3, and being set to satisfy H≥2.5t, W≥Wwhen the overhang height of the overhang-shaped part 7 is H, the width is W, the width of a weld zone 9 is W, and the plate width of the rectangular closed cross-sectional member 3 is t.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】先端部を突き合わせて隅肉溶接される角型閉断面部材の疲労強度を向上する車体の閉断面部材の隅肉溶接継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る隅肉溶接継手構造1は、一対の対向する面部3aの先端部が凹状に切り取られた角型閉断面部材3の開口端部3bを、角型閉断面部材5の側面5aに、前記凹状に切り取られた先端部を側面5aに当接させるとともに他の一対の面部3cの先端部が側面5aを跨ぐように嵌合させて隅肉溶接されたものであって、前記凹状に切り取られた先端部に張出し形状部7が形成され、張出し形状部7の先端部が側面5aに当接し、かつ、張出し形状部7は、角型閉断面部材3の両側の稜線の曲げR終わりから連続して前記先端部に沿い、張出し形状部7の張出し高さをH、幅をW、溶接部9の幅をWb、角型閉断面部材3の板厚をtとしたとき、H≧2.5t、W≧Wbを満たすように設定されていることを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
