PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vehicle charger device capable of correctly grasping electric potential of a CPLT signal.SOLUTION: A vehicle charger device for charging a storage battery installed on a vehicle includes: an electric power supply unit for supplying electric power to a vehicle; a communication unit for communicating with the vehicle using a CPLT signal; and a charge controller for performing sampling at all the sampling periods under a state where the CPLT signal is a periodical pulse signal. Voltage sampling within a prescribed extent in a pulse width is configured to be identified as an effective point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
