PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer, capable of easily conducting lamination molding with a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), high in adhesiveness with CFRP, capable of improving impact resistance of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic by integral molding with CFRP, and further good in adhesiveness even in molding after long term storage and capable of lamination molding with CFRP.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic elastomer for carbon fiber reinforced plastic adhesion lamination, which is contained in an adhesive layer laminated on a layer consisting of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic, contains a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polymer, in which the styrenic thermoplastic elastomer contains at least Component (c): hydrogenated styrene-isoprene block copolymer, and concentration of α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid derived from the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polymer is 0.01 to 10 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
