PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous type sea level observation platform device.SOLUTION: An autonomous type sea level observation platform device includes a work bench deck, an observation mechanism, a grade 1 swinging reduction and turn-over prevention mechanism and further includes a grade 2 swinging reduction mechanism, a bottom unit pillar is solidified to a ballast tank and a buoyant tank and a top unit pillar is inserted into a sleeve of the buoyant tank as well as being fixed. A top end of a blade type support is solidified on the work bench deck, a bottom end is solidified on the blade shaped buoyant tank, a top unit pillar is solidified with a basin, and when the basin is filled with water, an assembly of the blade shaped buoyant tank, the blade type support, the work bench deck, and the observation mechanism floats in the water of the basin. Center of buoyancy of the observation platform device is always above center of gravity and sea level is in a position higher above the center between the buoyant tank and the basin. The observation platform device has a simple structure, is convenient to use, has high stability, is strong in upset suppression and swinging reduction properties, is energy saving, requires small amount of maintenance work, and is capable of being used for monitoring, mounting of equipment and facility for inspection other than mounting an optical measurement equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自律型海面観測プラットフォーム装置を提供すること。【解決手段】作業台甲板と、観測機構と、等級1減揺・転覆防止機構と、等級2減揺機構とを更に含み、下部支柱がバラストタンク及び浮力タンクに固結され、上部支柱が浮力タンクのスリーブ内に挿入されると共に固定される。翼型支持具の上端は、作業台甲板上に固結され、下端が扇形浮力タンク上に固結され、上部支柱が水盤と固結され、水盤内に水を入れると、扇形浮力タンクと翼型支持具と作業台甲板と観測機構の組立体が水盤の水中で浮上する。観測プラットフォーム装置の浮心位置が終始重心位置の上方にあり、海面が浮力タンクと水盤の間の真中上方寄り位置にある。該観測プラットフォーム装置は構造が簡単で、使用にも便利で、装置の安定性が高く、動揺抑制及び減揺の能力が強く、省エネ、維持保全作業量も少なく、光学測定機器を搭載する以外に、他のモニタリング、探査の機器・設備の搭載に用いることができる。【選択図】図1
