PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat back structure which enables improvement of productivity while maintaining rigidity of a resin seat back panel 1 to which a headrest 40 is attached.SOLUTION: An upper opening 33a into which a headrest is inserted is provided at an upper part of a resin headrest holder 30, a rear opening 34 is provided at a rear part of the headrest holder 30, and projection parts 36 to 39 protruding rearward are provided at both sides of the rear opening 34. Through holes 16 to 19, into which the projection parts 36 to 39 are inserted, are formed at an upper part of a resin seat back panel 1. A peripheral edge part of the rear opening 34 is joined to peripheral edge parts of the through holes 16 to 19 to form a closed cross section structure in which a headrest guide is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
