PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of durability test relevant to damage of a code in a carcass ply in the vicinity of the core.SOLUTION: Disclosed method is a test of the durability against a code damage in a carcass ply 24 in the vicinity of the core 18 of a bead 8. The test method includes the steps of: injecting water into a tire 2; filling the tire 2 with a gas; and running the tire 2 on a run test machine 30. In the step of injecting water, the mass of the water injected into the tire 2 is 100 g or more and 500 g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
