PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber compositions having improved mechanical properties and decreased hysteresis.SOLUTION: A composition comprises graphene sheets, at least one reinforcing agent, and at least one rubber. Preferably, the graphene sheets have a surface area of at least 300 m/g and a carbon-to-oxygen molar ratio of at least 10:1, and are contained in an amount of about 0.1 to about 20 pts.wt. in the total composition. The composition may further comprise carbon black. A tire formed from such the composition is also preferable.SELECTED DRAWING: None
