PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant impact mitigation apparatus and an occupant impact mitigation program capable of effectively mitigating an impact to an occupant while securing a space for protecting an occupant when a collision occurs.SOLUTION: A relative distance and a relative speed with respect to an object are detected (100) by acquiring a detection result of a radar sensor 14, and a collision time with an object and a relative speed at a time of collision are estimated based on the relative distance and the relative speed (102). In addition, a passenger target deceleration at a time of a collision is set (106) using a predetermined model for obtaining an occupant target deceleration at a time of a collision from a collision time and a relative speed at a time of collision. Then, based on an occupant deceleration and a time from a current time to a time of collision, a seat control force and a start time of a seat movement control are obtained (108), and driving of a seat drive actuator is started when a start time comes (112, 114).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】衝突発生時に乗員を保護する空間を確保しつつ、乗員への衝撃を効果的に緩和することが可能な乗員衝撃緩和装置及び乗員衝撃緩和プログラムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】レーダセンサ14の検出結果を取得して対象物との相対距離及び相対速度を検出し(100)、相対距離及び相対速度に基づいて、対象物との衝突時刻及び衝突時の相対速度を推定する(102)。また、衝突時刻及び衝突時の相対速度から衝突時の乗員目標減速度を求める予め定めたモデルを用いて、衝突時の乗員目標減速度を設定する(106)。そして、乗員減速度と現時刻から衝突までの時間とに基づいて、シート制御力及びシート移動制御の開始時刻を求めて(108)、開始時刻になったところでシート駆動アクチュエータの駆動を開始する(112、114)。【選択図】図6
