PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell abnormality estimation device which can estimate whether or not there is an abnormality in a fuel cell without increasing the number of components of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A fuel cell abnormality estimation device 1 for estimating presence/absence of an abnormality in a fuel cell which is mounted on a vehicle 100 comprises: an acceleration information acquisition part 321 for acquiring acceleration information representing an acceleration detected by an acceleration sensor which is used when determining necessity of development of an air bag 111 mounted on the vehicle 100; an abnormality estimation part 322 for estimating whether displacement has occurred between a plurality of unit cells 120 included in the fuel cell 101 on the basis of the acceleration information; and an abnormality signal output part 323 for outputting a fuel cell abnormality signal when displacement is estimated to have occurred between the plurality of unit cells 120 included in the fuel cell 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
