PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positional information sharing system which enables positional information of a traffic mobile to be efficiently shared between edge servers which are distributedly disposed for each of multiple zones.SOLUTION: A positional information sharing system 1 comprises multiple edge servers 10a and 10b which are provided correspondingly for each of zones in a cellular communication network consisting of multiple base stations 2a and 2b. Each of the edge servers includes a function for performing communications between communication terminals 30a and 30b which are provided in traffic mobiles 3a and 3b being present within a zone. Each of the edge severs is configured as follows. Namely, each of the edge servers receives positional information of a communication terminal within a zone, in a case where it is discriminated that a position of the communication terminal represented by the positional information received from the communication terminal within the zone corresponds to an outer edge of the zone, transmits the positional information relating to the communication terminal to the other edge server, and further, receives positional information that is transmitted from the other edge server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】複数の区画ごとに分散配置されるエッジサーバ間で効率よく交通移動体の位置情報を共有可能にする位置情報共有システムを提供する。【解決手段】位置情報共有システム1は、複数の基地局2a,2bにより構成されるセルラー方式の通信ネットワークにおける区画ごとに対応付けて設けられる複数のエッジサーバ10a,10bを有する。各エッジサーバは、自区画内に存在する交通移動体3a,3bに備えられた通信端末30a,30bとの間で通信を行う機能を有する。各エッジサーバは、以下のように構成されている。自区画内の通信端末から位置情報を受信する。自区画内の通信端末から受信した位置情報で表される通信端末の位置が自区画の外縁部に該当すると判定した場合、当該通信端末に関する位置情報を他のエッジサーバに送信する。さらに、他のエッジサーバから送信された位置情報を受信する。【選択図】図1
