PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility evaluation system capable of creating a piece of reliable facility evaluation information (rating information) excluding arbitrary evaluation.SOLUTION: A server system 3 includes: a facility evaluation information creation/update part 304 that evaluates a facility to be evaluated based on a piece of parking information which is determined by a moving body carried together with a vehicle whether the present position is an area available to park in the facility to be evaluated; and a facility evaluation providing part 305 that outputs the evaluation relevant to the facility to be evaluated given by facility evaluation information creation/update part 304.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
